Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules: - Check-in time is at 4:00 PM-8:00 PM and check-out time is before 10:00 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - Parties or events are not permitted on the property, and noise levels must be kept down during 9:00 PM-7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any damage or mess caused during your stay. - Pet fee: $125 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs under 75 lbs each and not on the uninsurable breed list. -A community access form must be completed at least one week in advance of your stay or a $50 fee will be required. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. - With advanced notice, we can assist with or create experiential itineraries tailored to your interests for a variable fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in creating a pleasant and safe atmosphere for everyone. Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, loft, basement game area, kitchen, and deck. Self-check-in via smart lock makes arrivals simple. Enjoy Keowee Key resort amenities—pools, fitness center, pickleball, tennis, and lake access—with some activities (golf, boats, kayaks) requiring fees or advance reservations.
